• 2.3. Trypto does not provide investment, tax, or financial advice. All participation is undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
• 2.4. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Token Distribution Event

• 3.1. Participation in the $Trypto Token Distribution Event does not grant equity, ownership, dividends, or voting rights in the Company.
• 3.2. $Trypto tokens are utility tokens designed exclusively for use within the Trypto ecosystem.
• 3.3. Tokens purchased are non-refundable, except where required by law.
